Handmade Product Characteristics
All products are hand-painted and handcrafted.
Therefore, slight variations in color, brushwork, texture, and details may occur.
These variations are natural characteristics of handmade artwork and are not considered defects.
Color Difference Disclaimer
Actual product colors may differ from the images due to monitor settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and photography.
Please understand this before purchasing.
Canvas and Frame Characteristics
Canvas and frames may experience slight warping or dimensional variations due to transportation and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
These are considered product characteristics and are not regarded as defects.
International Shipping Damage, Delay, or Loss
Any damage, delay, or loss occurring during international shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We carefully package and dispatch all orders; however, we are not liable for carrier-related incidents.
We will provide reasonable assistance in filing claims with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the carrier’s compensation decision.
Packaging and Risk Transfer
All items are packaged with due care.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in shipment or delivery resulting from natural disasters (including earthquakes, floods, typhoons, and fires), war, terrorism, riots, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, transportation disruptions, customs restrictions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or if there is a clear error on our part.
You must contact us by email or chat within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.
Only unopened, unused items in their original condition are eligible for return.
Because each artwork is made individually after the order is placed, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect orders or changes of mind.
If multiple items are purchased, only one item (the lowest-priced item) will be eligible for return to prevent unreasonable losses.
Return Shipping and Handling Fees
If the product is defective (e.g., frame damage or production defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 20 days after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item and will be issued via the original payment method or designated bank account.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are accepted only within 2 days from the purchase date.
Cancellations after this period cannot be accepted.
Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
・Items returned more than 4 days after delivery
・Items that have been used
・Items damaged or soiled by the customer
・Items with damaged, missing, or discarded packaging, manuals, or accessories
・Items modified, disassembled, repaired, or cleaned by the customer
・Returns due to customer preference or personal reasons
・Items clearly stated as non-returnable on the product page
